The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM

Father delivered the opening prayer. 

               Prior Meeting’s Minutes

The minutes from the September meeting were posted on the website and copies were available.  Dick made a motion to accept the minutes and Preston seconded the motion.

               Treasurer’s Report

Bob reported 17 expenditure and 12 revenue items from the September 1, 2009 – September 30, 2009 Financial Report.  Most of the expenditure and revenue items were generated from the operations of the concession stands. The beginning checking account balance was $16,114.99.  Expenditures for the month were $12,029.25 vs. revenues of $20,009.29 for and ending balance of $31,395.03.

Money Market balance is $28,166.36

Total Cash Balance is $59,561.39

               Old Business

·         Membership Drive

·         WB6 Golf Tourney: Thank you to all the volunteers!

Boys and Girls Golf teams are going to State!

               New Business

·         Last football game is Parent Night and Booster Boys Night.

·         October 25 is the Pancake Breakfast. Bob is still looking for a chairperson(s). He cannot be the chairperson next year. Duties would include: getting info to parish bulletins, publicity, ordering tickets, ordering food, and Bob will walk you through the job step by step. All the set up and cooking is taken care of by another wonderful group! PLEASE volunteer.

·         Mary Welling asked for clarification on the QCSP program.

·         Thanks to Gene’s Flooring for installing the locker room floor for just under $2000.

·         Thanks to Dave Sweeney for painting the locker room.

·         Lisa Faust paid for and was reimbursed for sponsoring a hole at the putt putt golf outing for the Student Hunger Drive.
