2014-2015 Annual Report

2015-2016 was another great year at Alleman High School! First, our senior class earned an incredible 4.9 million dollars in college scholarships. Our senior class had a 100% graduation rate and 16% of our senior class earn Academic All-State Honors. Alleman High School is very proud of our 23.6 average Composite ACT score, as well as having a median GPA of 3.27.

Through our Christian Service outreach, students completed over 23,000 hours! A few of our larger projects included the Student Hunger Drive where we donated 85,000 pounds of food to the River Bend Food Bank and our 3rd annual Dance Marathon where we raised more than $26,000 dollars for the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital.

Our athletic teams had great seasons highlighted by Boys Golf and Boys Track and Field 3rd place finishes at state.  We made some great improvements and upgrades during the 2015-2016 school year including the addition of a certified Resource Teacher to our staff to provide academic support to our students, renovations to the 2nd floor new wing classrooms, and major renovations to the library. The largest improvement we made was launching our 1-to-1 technology program for our students.

This is truly an exciting time in the history of Alleman High School. I want to thank each and every one of you for your amazing and generous support of our great high school. It is because of all of you that we are able to provide a world-class education here at Alleman High School! May God Bless You Always and In All Ways,

- David Hobin Principal
